Refund and Cancellation Policy

I. Overview 

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms for subscriptions to StoryWorld. By purchasing a StoryWorld subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

 

II. Refund Policy 

All StoryWorld subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, StoryWorld does not issue refunds or credits for any reason. This includes partial billing periods, unused subscription time, accidental purchases, failure to cancel before the renewal date, or lack of use of the service. All subscription purchases are final.

 

III. Subscription Billing

StoryWorld subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize StoryWorld to automatically charge your payment method on each billing date unless the subscription is canceled in advance. Billing dates are based on the original subscription purchase date.

 

IV. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled billing date. If a subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the billing date, the subscription will automatically renew and the payment will be processed. Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds.

After cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued.

 

V. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your StoryWorld subscription, you must log in to your StoryWorld account and navigate to Account, then Roster, then Billing. From the Billing page, select “Cancel My Subscription” and confirm the cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

 

VI. Billing Errors or Technical Issues

If you believe you were charged in error or experience technical problems affecting your subscription, please contact StoryWorld at info@storyworld.us. Billing issues will be reviewed and corrected if applicable. This does not guarantee a refund.

 

VII. Policy Changes

StoryWorld reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
